Introduction

This manual explains step by step the configuration and operation of your system. In order to make a basic configuration to create a transaction, you need to make the following steps:

1.       Create currencies.

2.       Create Countries, States and Cities.

3.       Create Payment Methods

4.       Create Services

5.       Create Origin and Destination Agents (type 1 : Head Agent)

6.       Assign agencies to the user (current user)

7.       Create a transaction rule.

8.       Create an agent agreement currency. The agent must have at least one negotiation currency related to itself.

9.       Create Agent Payment Method. Origin and Payment agents must have at least one payment method related.

10.   Assign Exchange Rate. One exchange rate must exist per each origin/destination agent and currency.

11.   Particular Exchange rate: if this record exists, this exchange rate will be considered. Otherwise, the system will take the Agent Exchange rate or the Simple exchange rate.

12.   Fee Model. This must be assigned to an agent, country or country group.

13.   Particular Fee. If this record exists, the system will consider it. Otherwise, it will take the Agent Fee or the Country Fee or Country Group Fee.

14.   The user must be able to create a transaction.
