2. New Warehouse Receipts- Multiple

2.1 There are different purposes to create a warehouse receipt, when you receive a pallet with a big freight you want to register this pallet, but you are not going to charge costs at the moment, so in this case the warehouse receipt will be used only to register the freight. The second use of this receipt is take the warehouse receipt and convert it into a House Air Waybill (HAWB),  Bill of Lading (BOL) or a Courier waybill, these options will depend on what you need to do with the freight received.

To start the process follow the instructions as shown below:

2.2 Now you may fill the information required, (Remember the camps with the * are mandatory). In this warehouse receipt you will not find any costs to charge as in the courier waybill.

When you fill the dimensions and weight, you need to know that every piece written will have the same weight and dimensions (as shown in the image below), click on the plus sign  (+) to add the information. In the boxes below you need to describe the packing type and the content of each piece. After doing this the system will show the total information of the freight,as last step fill out the blanks according to your information.

2.3 After clicking Save, the system will display a menu where you can print some documents and create others. The first option is Print label web, click on here and it will appear a label with a bar code and some information as shown below:

2.4 The next option is "Print label web bar code only", click on here and the browser will open a new window where you can print out the document as follows:

2.5 The option Print last warehouse receipt shows the last warehouse receipt created. The next option is New warehouse receipt, click on this option and you will have a new page available to create a new warehouse receipt as it is explained at the beginning of this section:

2.6 Click on the last option to create specific documents from the warehouse receipt created. Follow the instructions as shown below:

⇒ In this option you can convert a warehouse receipt into a house air waybill (HAWB), as first step you should fill out the information required to find the warehouse receipt to convert, now it will appear a warehouse receipt listing below the searching bar, click on the plus sign (+) to add the warehouse receipt and do not forget to check the boxes to confirm; as last step you need to choose what option is next to continue the process. Follow the instructions as shown below:
